Ahmad and Damian just delivered our brand new LG refrigerator/freezer. They rock! They offered to haul our recently purchased Frigidaire but I didn't let them because I only payed for it to be relocated to our garage. I'm not going to get into the details but, we've had a DEAD unit sitting in our kitchen for over five weeks!No fault of Home Depot or ATL AGILE REPAIR. We purchased it online and it was delivered and installed on 8/28/2025. It died two or three times due to a bag main board and completely died on 11/12/2025. We purchased the three year extended warranty so we requested a service call. Frigidaire sent a local, authorized service tech from ATL AGILE REPAIR. He did a great job troubleshooting and ordered new parts. His name was Kevin. He was very professional. He was there on

Debbie, the kind woman who helped us pick out a new refrigerator, was extremely helpful and honestly essential in finding the right fit for our kitchen. We found out that the fridge we had plans on getting was too big so Debbie helped us search through a few others and made sure we left satisfied and collected. Thank you so much, Miss Debbie!

I really appreciate the staff at the desk where you pay by phone. The cashier was helpful and friendly. They were really busy and there was no one to help put my deep freezer in the truck and one of the guys from lumber came and helped me. I really appreciate that going above and beyond. I only hate I didn't get their names so I can let home Depot know they have stellar employees.

I was able to find everything I needed at Home Depot, which I appreciate. However, when I went to use the men’s restroom, it was quite messy. The floors were wet, and there was no toilet paper available. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so it can hopefully be addressed for future customers. Thank you.

Debbie, a more than qualified Specialist in the Appliance Area in Home Depot was absolutely amazing with us this past Tuesday Evening when we ordered a simple stand up freezer. She is a Great Face for the Home Depot Organization. She treated and cared for us during this "Minor" purchase like we were purchasing the most high end Appliance in the Area. Also, on Saturday Evening, when we first started looking, a Gentleman named Don,i believe, helped us find the right freezer. He said he only worked on the weekends, but there would be a more than capable Associate who would be able to close the deal. Sincerely, he was right with Ms. Debbie. My suggestion, award Ms. Debbie some Stock Options for her 34 years of service with your organization. That way, she might consider staying with
