The level of unprofessionalism at this store has become completely unacceptable. During my visit, the customer service manager, **Ayana**, displayed an alarming lack of patience and professionalism. Instead of assisting with a simple tax‑exempt correction which I am fully entitled to as a Home Depot tax‑exempt customer she became confrontational, stood in my face, and argued about removing tax charges and applying discounts for the inconveniences. This store continues to overcharge me tax, and every time I request the correction, I am met with hostility rather than basic customer service. Ayana’s demeanor was aggressive and inappropriate. Matt, the assistant manager, was extremely rude and kept walking away from me after they attempted to overcharge me by $700.00. The cabinets were clearly marked as clearance and run out items, yet they tried to charge full regular price. When I addressed the issue with him directly, he became very defensive, repeating that ‘the computer price is the price,’ instead of verifying the tag like he should have. I then had to go back and take photos of the items myself to prove the correct pricing because he refused to check. When I spoke with Leon, the store manager, his only concern was the 10% courtesy discount I requested not the fact that I was almost overcharged by $700. I read all the 1 star reviews on here before writing mine. It seems that one was off topic (it was a corporation review, not a store review), others were about people who needed help choosing what they needed, someone couldn't get help, etc. My review is based on the store itself and my experience as an HD regular, at many stores in various states. I don't need help, I use the HD app to locate what I need, I check myself out. I am not high maintenance. Upon entering this store, I was right away mindblown at how well lit and set up this store is. Very well organized, I found all I needed, where the app told me it would be. Checkout was wonderful! My survey link wasn't working for some reason, but I wanted to mention Tee H. from my visit in store last night. She has helped me several times, but she was working in the self-checkout and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She is always very pleasant to be around, and I appreciate her williningness to answer questions and assist. She is a real asset to the company! This is a great location and I enjoy shopping here. Went to this location 6:30 Sunday evening. Store was was very quiet. Tried to purchase a Ryobi power tool that was $250. It was locked up in the wall. I stood there waving my arms finally one of the cashiers said we will call somebody for you. 10 minutes later nobody arrived. Cashier said she would try again. I asked to speak to the manager. They said the manager she is very busy right now. Left the store.
