I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Home Depot location. What should have been a simple return turned into an unnecessary ordeal. Euclien gave me a hard time processing a return, even though the receipt could have easily been located by looking up my Pro account. Instead of offering assistance, I was met with resistance. Juanita and Tracy then added to the frustration by giving me a difficult time regarding a phone sale. Customer service should be about finding solutions, not creating obstacles. As a Pro customer, I expect a higher level of professionalism and support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this store. If I could rate this location a zero, I absolutely would. And i do alot of renovation with this home depot

I had the BEST experience at Home Depot in Douglasville thanks to Kayteyon! From the moment I needed assistance, he was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. He didn’t just point me in the right direction, he went above and beyond by helping me with my boxes and even loading everything into my car. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days. He had such a positive attitude and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers. Home Depot Douglasville is lucky to have him. Thank you again, Kayteyon! 👏🏽👏🏽

We had an excellent experience picking up an online order at the Douglasville Home Depot thanks to Lorna. A new associate had accidentally placed the wrong label on our package, but Lorna handled the situation with complete professionalism. She cheerfully tracked down the correct box, ensured our Milwaukee leaf blower bundle was accurate, and made sure we received the proper promotional pricing. Her efficiency, kindness, and attention to detail made our visit a truly pleasant one. Home Depot is fortunate to have such a dedicated associate.

Customer service could be improved. There is a husky white guy with a beard working around 8 tonight who turned around and went another way just to avoid greeting me. Had he not turned, we would’ve been next to one other walking up the aisle. Don’t worry, I wasn’t going to ask for any help… Bring back real customer service please.

I have been to this store 3 times in the last few weeks to the flooring and blinds dept. And there is one special woman there who is the best, helpful, knowledgeable assistant there. She goes above and beyond for everyone. She also has the patience of job. A great asset to this store. Jeanne is a flooring specialist , but she cuts blinds too. She does it all I love her. JEVONNE
