I reserved a UHaul at the North Pointe Dr, Durham location. Reserving the truck online was easy but getting it was a disaster from the moment I walked in the store. First, the young lady looks up from eating (chips I think) and slowly walks over to ask "can I help you" as she is chewing. I told her that I had reserved a UHaul online. She asked for my ID and looked up the reservation. She then said I needed to follow the prompts on the screen. The prompts were instructing me to create a CLEAR account! The system was malfunctioning and she would come over to look (still eating and wiping her hands on her vest) and say "I don't know what's wrong with it". After about 20 mins later, some young co-workers had gathered and chatting/laughing trying to get her attention. I finally just told her to

Helpful clerks make it easy to find what you're looking for. Every aisle is labeled as to what's there. Also a nice variety to chose from. Still can't find it? Check online and you'll see what store has it.

The lady with the buzzcut at the self checkout is one of the rudest associates I have ever had an interaction with in my life. Don't understand how someone like that has a job where they interact with customers. Catch me at Lowe's, cause I will never be spending another dime with Home Depot.

the lady at the self checkout accused me of not scanning something while she was standing behind me doing nothing when she could have easily scanned my items if it was that important to her. get someone better to do that job because she was absolutely not qualified to work or even be in any sort of customer fronting job. ridiculous.

Luis was my cashier tonight and he went above and beyond, an excellent worker who was very helpful and kind. He treated me with so much respect and answered all my questions to make sure I left the store satisfied. Very kind young man, thank you so much Luis!
