Most of the staff was helpful, one was a tad rude while I searched for a coupon. It was a self checkout, not busy. Was 8pm at night. Trying to meet prices of Lowes, only because I was right there. I was told to "hurry up", and we'll, I left the wood screws right there, and left. I had already made one purchase, the second item was not carried. Silly me for trying to get a bag of 12 screws. They were very unfamiliar with the NY purchase EBT deal. So if you use the FAB FRESH program, be prepared to explain with proof. I stopped by this location on Saturday morning for some plumbing and tile supplies. The service was an a plus. Kat, one of thier bright young employees, took the time to take me from the tiling area area where I needed molding to the plumbing area where I needed various fittings and glue. Great experience.

I would give zero stars if I could, bought two Andersen doors from them, interior and storm. The storm door ended up warping within a year from a faulty installation by their third party vendor. I went to the store multiple times to discuss the situation where I encountered the most unprofessional team led by their manager Jennifer. The first time I was there, she left after I had called to see what time she would be there until. My visit was not noted as I left a message at their desk. The next time I was there was a few weeks later and I was told my installation was no longer covered as it was over a year by less than a month and they would take no responsibility.
