Friendly and very helpful staff. They make shopping sooo easy in such a big store. There's always someone there to help you with a smile from the time that you step in at the front door. Affordable prices Highly recommended.

Staff in paint department didn't want to assist me. Not sure if it wasn't her regular department, & she wasn't familiar with wood fillers, or just didn't value me as a customer. Another person who assisted me with finding screws suggested I go to Ace Hardware instead. Again, I believe he just didn't know how to find what I needed. (Got screws at Lowe's.) Lastly, I went to search for outlet wall plates. Another staff member noticed I needed help, gladly escorted me to the aisle & explained the available options. After I thanked him, then asked him to confirm my choices with the wood fillers. He explained their uses & told me which one was best to buy. He's the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars.

I come here nearly everyday because it’s closest to my house and businesses. This store has taken a turn for the worst. It is filled with trash, what I need (common board???) is never in stock (despite what it says online), the lumber carts are constantly filled with returns/trash, the employees literally have you waiting 45min - 1 hr to get something off a shelf, and the quality of wood here is terrible. The lumber department is an absolute MESS. I have never seen a store more disorganized. Compared to other Home Depot stores (like Forked River or Manahawkin) this place is a joke. There have been many times I have just walked out because of how terrible this store is and went to Lowe’s across the street instead (which honestly says a lot).

I’m actually taking time out of my day to say how horribly run this store is. Most aisles are loaded with pallets of stuff, or abandoned carts of stuff. It makes it very difficult to navigate the aisles. Need a lumber cart or a flat bed? It’s up to the customer to walk all the way to the back of the parking lot, because that’s where this store has decided to store them. Not neatly down the center aisle of lumber, way in the back of the parking lot. This is unfortunately the closet Home Depot for me. Im going to start driving the longer distance to Vineland. Whoever is running this store needs to be fired.

Bought a dishwasher and stove exhaust from this location, paid for instalation and delivery because im recovering from surgery, the guys show up, barely speak English, unscrew my P-Trap, then say the need a plumber to finish the instal and left without putting my sink back together, so I had to crawl under my sink less than 48 hours after abdominal surgery to fix my drain, then they marked it down as delivered even though it wasnt and scheduled a plumber to come out without the equipment. I've now waited twice, and had to fix stuff they broke while in extreme pain, DONT BUY APPLIANCES UNLESS YOU ARE INSTALLING THEM YOURSELF!!!!!!
