The location is very convenient since off Temple City Blvd and very close to 10 fwy. The staff are generally courteous and helpful. I Always find the items I am looking for here. The checkout process has always been smooth and no hassles. No complaints.

This Home Depot has the best staff by far l, so I feel lucky that this is the closest one to me! There are always a ton of employees milling around, and when I walk past them, most of them make eye contact with and greet me. Makes me feel welcome and not an imposition the way I feel at most stores, much less at most Home Depots. They’re also quite helpful. A lot of times they’ll even walk me to the correct section and point out the item I’m looking for. So shoutout to everyone who works there! Thanks for making this Home Depot feel like a small town store, and thanks for making my DIY reno a little less painful 😂

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Francesca in the appliance department. She was absolutely amazing! Francesca was quick, efficient, and got the job done with wonderful customer service. Despite the busyness around her, she remained attentive and genuine, making our experience pleasant. I was especially impressed that our fridge was delivered the very next day! Thank you for taking such good care of us. We truly appreciate it!

I hate this location of Home Depot. Staff over there are lazy, they ignore customers' request for help. Customers at this location are thieves. I lost my tape measurement a minute I put it down while busy looking for a right lumber. Second day I had to come back to this Home Depot buying some plumbing parts for my custom and got the cart stolen where I park the cart to relief myself. This is sick location, avoid it if you can.Otherwise, you will be pissed just like me.
