Walked in spoke to customer service and then found Robert in the plumbing area and he helped me find the pieces to the irrigation system in like 2 mins. I spend 35 mins walking around Lowe's looking for the help I needed and walked out. Thank you Home Depot for hiring competent people to answer question for people. Five stars!!!

This is for online, not in store. Customer service was good but every time I tried buying, PayPal or home depot would always stop my order. I was on the phone with my bank and they said the PayPal verification went through but nothing after that. After attempting to purchase, home depot would say that the payment method was invalid and to find a different payment method, yet my bank showed no other transaction attempts by PayPal or home depot. Since you guys are trying so hard not to get my money, I'll give in and not give you money and buy from Lowes instead.

Service provide awesome found the 3 pack 20 x 20 AC filter pack. They have beautiful flowers 💐 time to decor your front and backyard for this summer. Run before they are gone. 😄

Richie (well his name tag said Richard) was super helpful. Very valuable associate. Such a gentleman. Helped my sister and I on deciding which wood to get and also cut the wood for us without a problem, without seeming bothered. Very patient guy I must say.
