The Home Depot

I had a very poor customer service experience at this Home Depot with an associate named Denise. I asked her a simple question about checkout assistance, and she responded with visible rudeness and dismissiveness. When I tried to engage further, she attempted to ignore me entirely instead of providing help. I asked for a manager, Diosa, who was courteous and professional, but the initial interaction left a negative impression. As a long-time customer, I expect basic professionalism and courtesy from all staff. This experience raises concerns about employee training and customer service standards, and I hope store leadership addresses it promptly.

One of the best experiences I've ever had at home depot. This is not the regular one. I go to this one is in Elizabeth New Jersey. Everyone helped me throughout my whole visit. All the associates were kind and courteous. I might make that my number one home depot.

This is one of my absolute favorite locations!! I always come here to get paint and my girl Gail ALWAYS helps me and takes care of me! She is so informative and incredibly sweet and funny. I will always come look for my girl Gail, make sure you do too!

It's fine. Sometimes a little tricky getting someone who can help. No real complaints though

This home depot is one of the best, all of the employees are very friendly and truly helpful individuals. And you can find a number of contractors with different crafts to repair your home.
