The Home Depot

I’ve been to many Home Depot stores, and in my opinion, the one at Everett is the best by far. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and genuinely willing to help. Every time I go, I feel well taken care of they go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. The store is well organized, easy to navigate, and the customer service makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

This is the best Home Depot By far . As a business owner unfortunately there are some Returns . Marelly and Karen do a fantastic job at the return section . They are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful. I’ve called middle of the day and I’m a no one and Marelly knows my name . ( maybe caller id) she’s very personal and I wish more people you encounter in your day were as good as her . Always a smile on her face . This is definitely a great Home Depot since it’s not a complete madhouse all the time .

I just recently moved to the area from down south. I have multiple properties in the Boston area. I go out of my way sometimes if I have to just to come to the Everett store. I got help from Ryan from the pro desk and I’ve never been treated that nicely since I’ve been up here. He dropped everything he was doing, the first time I came in, to help me with an insulation question. Every time I go in, which is at least 3 or 4 times a week, he’s always got a smile on his face and is quick to help with any questions I have. I NEVER write reviews, but this young man should get credit for the work he does, such a great guy!

Imagine taking advantage of a customer by saying you'll help with removal of an old washer and dryer after delivering (at late night) a new washer and dryer; the new ones cannot be returned after 48 hours, so you decide to schedule the removal of the old ones 8 days later. Then you know nothing about electrical work and say an electrician is needed for this, so you that way you don't have to bring the appliances up the stairs. You look at the old hookup and say you need "220A" to run through it. You take advantage of people who can't speak English, so your lazy self also doesn't wanna be questioned further by one who does speak more fluent English than you. That's called being so unskilled that you hate being called out for it, so you say an electrician is required. The hookup isn't right,

I had two orders one in August and one in Oct, both very bad experience with the delivery. The store did not help with resolving the delivery and gave me the number of distributor to call any solve my problem saying that we cannot do anything for you. I bought it from the store, not from the distributor. It took on average the first order ten days to deliver and the second one again 10 days to be delivered by next week. This is really annoying as I stayed home all those days when the deliveries were scheduled and they did not deliver the scheduled delivery. I would recommend buying items from Costco.
