I'm only giving one star because Google requires me to give a minimum of 1 star. This has been the biggest Nightmare experience as a home owner I have ever had. We went through Home Depot to replace a slate tile floor and steps with a VPF floor. They assigned ACS. they scheduled us for the day after Thanksgiving 2025 (ie last year) and they said it would take 4 hours. They spent 8 hours, then came back the next day, spent another 8 hours and didn't finish. So they had to reschedule for 3 weeks away to come finish. The installers (the workers, who so far have been the only competent members of this nightmare) finished the floor part, but said they couldn't finish the steps because we were given the wrong stair noses. ACS called home depot and said they would call me right back. They NEVER c

Bring Back Staff on Registers and better management... Store is often a mess and lines are long while staff stands around. Not the best place; but its a Home Depot so we all come back.

Self checkout people should ask if you need help. I politely said I’m fine after she took my item and scanned it without asking and she started complaining to her coworkers that people don’t want help. It’s self checkout?
