The Home Depot

The staff was very helpful, although in the return line there was only one cashier and five people in line. But other than that once I got there my return was easy. I then asked for directions to the items that I was looking for and they were exactly where I was told.

No customer service! I asked over and over for help so I waited in the isle 15 mins went while 3 employees stood around and talked. Called for a manager that was a joke waited so forget it never ever can I shop here. LOWE'S IS THE PLACE TO GO! Better workers that know what customer service is all about!

Dislike that it’s mainly self service check out but it’s also not because they have to help you. If that’s the case why not have regular cashier… what was the point of the self service. However the staff are always helpful to find items if your lost!

As new homeowners, we absolutely love visiting the Fairfield Home Depot. The team at this location is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. A special shoutout to Peter—he’s always ready to assist, extremely knowledgeable, and truly takes great care of customers. Home Depot, take note: if Peter isn’t on your next promotion list or, heaven forbid, you ever let him go, we won’t be stepping foot in this store again. Huge thanks to Peter!

Nice young chubby fellow named Jeffrey helped me find exactly what I needed. This was a while ago, just came out of a coma so im not sure if he works there. Speaking of which, I was in a coma because he dropped the item on me while he was helping me. Great guy
