.@HomeDepot Fargo ND the WORST customer service in my opinion. I’ve been waiting a month for an order the I placed two weeks before Black Friday. Delivered two weeks late and came damaged. Has been rescheduled for pick up numerous times. Still not coming to pick up. Refuses to give me a supervisor‘s info. From the beginning, I’ve spent at least 2 hours on the phone with customer service. Just spoke to Frank Ostos… absolutely NO HELP. Sydney Matuska, full of broken promises. Extremely disappointed and I gave everyone the benefit of the doubt. Next step, filing a claim with my credit card company if this isn’t resolved TODAY. Also, NEVER shopping there again. I’m giving Home Depot, a 5 star rating. When my snow blower didn’t work, and the warranty was there, they gave me another blower and made it right. Assembled it and delivered it. I can’t be more grateful to them, the people I worked with are the best, very understanding and accommodating. They will definitely be my number one store for all my household needs.

Prices are reasonable, workers are present, and willing to help. Selection is pretty good and parking is good size, and as far as the credit card goes, it's worth it. 0% interest for a year, I mean that's awesome for when you want to update a bit. Overall, better than menards and not as spendy as lows.

Walked in knew what I needed headed into the direction but the staff Lotus advised me that it's in a different area. I was use to a different home Depot and figured it'd be in the same area. Lotus was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure coming into this home Depot. As well as checking out the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would visit again when I'm in the area

Very Helpful and Courteous Staff! Home Depot had the exact water-heater that we needed. They graciously assisted in loading it in my SUV! Top Notch!
