Thank you Mr. Lew and your team for accommodating the disabled community. I am so very grateful for your kindness, professionalism and grace 🙏🏽. I called several stores closer to home (Lowe's and Mc Donald Lumber in hope mills and cedar creek) and no one would accommodate my needs despite my disability and recent transplant. I called Home Depot and Mr. Lew jumped into action without any questions or hesitation. I arrived and shortly afterwards my curbside was delivered to my car by a nice handsome young gentleman, he loaded my car safely and neatly. Thank you for cutting my wooden boards so that my family can adjust my bed height so that I can get in and out safely. We need more kind people in the world. Ya'll deserve 5 thousand stars 🌟

Poor organization at the pickup area. Proper line location was not marked, and customers were confused. Verbal instruction was the only way customers knew where to wait for service. When I finally was served, employee could not find items. Took them several attempts to find them, then said staff frequently puts orders in the wrong place. In the end, it would have been more convenient for me to find and purchase the items in-store and check out normally. Lowes provides a much more customer-friendly and fast experience for online orders.

Had called several times On Mondaytrying To find out if a product was in stock, finally spoke with Ariel. She apologized for what I dealt with and asked me to hold on explain to me what she was going to do how long it would take if she would get an answer she came back quicker than I thought and the good thing was the product was in stock. Thank you, Ariel For the excellent customer service. I was dreading the 30 minute drive, especially if it had been a waste of time.

Sooooo... I ordered a five-piece dinette set online. When i picked up the product, there was only 1 box but it only contained the chairs. Called the store three times and on the third try, possibly the worst customer service EVER. I was immediately transferred to online services without effort to assist and without warning. Long story short, sergio, the online services rep, was able to contact Ms Dorie(sp) after he was hung up on three times by an in-store associate. The manager, Ms Dorie(sp), jumped on it right away and FOUND the missing piece within minutes. She restored my faith in OUTSTANDING customer service with a willingness to assist. BRAVO.

I’m impressed. I place a delivery order and each time the driver takes the effort to deliver my items to an appropriate place. Unlike the counter store who likes to drop off items right behind my car without warning. The delivery items are usable unlike the counter option where after 2 attempts still delivers subpar material. Delivery is fast and efficient. This store actually gets my address correct. Unlike the other store whose driver gets an attitude when they go to the wrong address and then is unhappy because I don’t answer the door. I won’t waste my time with the counter option again. Unbelievable difference.
