Had a great experience with renting a 100 foot electric / automatic snake. The cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even provided multiple heads for the snake, and gloves at no extra charge... And even gave suggestions on how to deal with the clog. This is a great Home Depot location to rent equipment from.

I had a question about a previous purchase of Christmas Item l purchased previously. Three wonderful employees Elaine, Pat, and another young man responded promptly. They in turn got the Mgr.to come pronto. Problem solved. This is why I love home depot. Customer service outstanding!!!

My experience at Folsom Home Depot was very good! Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable of the items I needed for gardening. He was also very friendly with good manners. I will shop here at this store again.

Went in for rock salt/ice melt. They have in an aisle at $20 plus for smaller bags. They keep the water softener which does same thing in vestibule in front of checkout in large 40 pound bag for less then $9. Average person won't realize this so they push the expensive stuff. I think thats a bit shady.
