We bought the LG 7.4 Cu. Ft. Vented SMART Stackable Gas Dryer in Black Steel with TurboSteam and Sensor Dry Technology and the LG4.5 Cu. Ft. Stackable SMART Front Load Washer in Black Steel with Steam and TurboWash360 Technology. We paid $199 for the install. They delivered on a Sat, the hose to hook up was too short, the didn't have a longer one and I offered to run up to Hone depot (1 mile away) and told them I could be up and back in less then 10 mins. They said no, would have to reschedule to finish the install. Left us no info on how to do that, never heard from anyone, contacted HD Sunday to see what we're suppose to do. They had us run to store to get a longer hose and rescheduled for Tuesday. They came and finished the install, didn't use all of the stainless steel hoses, used some

Mixed review. I ordered products online to pick up at the store. First order was filled on time with super easy pick up. The second order was delayed 3 days and boogered up my bathroom renovation schedule. Pick up was easy, employees were friendly and helpful.

We ordered a dryer on 11/24/25 ONLY because it could be delivered 11/29/25. It has been scheduled and not shown up FOUR TIMES. My husband was on the phone with the Forest Lake, MN store manager tonight and she said he was "ruining her job" because he was upset. At this point it feels like theft. We have spent hours on hold and have nothing to show for it. They want to blame the 'delivery company' but take absolutely no accountability for this situation or coming up with a solution. As stated we only went there because it was 'promised' to show up in 5 days. We now have a delivery date for Thursday 12/11/25. I doubt it will show up. Never again. Update: filled out form below as soon as it was sent on 12/9/25
