I had an outstanding experience at the gardening department at The Home Depot thanks to Juan. From the moment I walked in, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows their department inside and out but also truly cares about customer service. Juan went above and beyond, and it made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re shopping in the garden section, I highly recommend asking for Juan — he’s a huge asset to the team!

I stopped by the new Home Depot that just opened down the street, and I had such a great experience. I was looking for an item that showed as in stock online, but I couldn’t find it on the shelf. A representative named Gam stopped what he was doing to help me right away. He walked the store with me until we got an answer, and he wouldn’t give up until he found the item. He knew they had more in stock and didn’t want to turn me away. Parker was also incredibly kind and even took my items out to the car and loaded them for me. This is exactly why I love Home Depot, you can always find someone willing to help, and everyone is genuinely nice. So happy to have a Home Depot here in Forney now!

The Terrell store has been my go to for Home Depot products for the last 18 years.. And I've always had a continuous problem with that story in regard to where they end up putting the carts outside, And the condition of the lumber section. But now recently searching for some half inch popular to make some floating picture frames, the materials are turning up at Forney. So I paid him a visit And it's pretty easy to see how the store is going throughout the class Terrell. Simply a larger better layout that affords more products. We'll see how they do with employees and maintaining the store, but in the meantime I'm sure I'll be finding more products. Worth a visit.

Daniel Gartin at this new Forney Home Depot was outstanding with his assistance. He helped me right before closing time and made sure I found exactly what I needed — a plumbing water meter shutoff key and an oven temperature shutoff sensor.
