I had a great experience with three Home Depot employees!! I hope they will be around for a long time!!!! Helpful!! Patient!!! Kind!!! Knowledgeable!!! Engaging!!! McAella started it out in the Customer service/return department. Kyle joined in with the assist. Then Altarik Johnson helped complete my mission!! When I thanked them for helping 'this old lady' so patiently, the laughed and said that I wasn't old! LOL I mentioned that I would be 70 in about a week....they went ahead and sang a quick HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!! Absolutely delightful to see!!!! Thank you, McAella, Kyle and Altarik!! KEEP UP WITH YOUR KINDNESS!! MAY IT SERVE YOU WELL!!!!

Rude!!! Someone named Michael, who claimed to be a store manager, needs assistance in how to properly speak to people. I just made two phone calls to the store to report an abandoned shopping cart. I wasted 12 minutes, on two different calls, to be spoken to with condescending arrogance! I am a 64 year old, disabled woman, using a mobility scooter to “walk” my dog , and I took the time to move the cart so it wouldn’t roll out onto a busy street, and the “manager” sounded annoyed with me for calling. 🙄.

I ordered a large amount of mulch to be delivered and it was delivered as promised in one day! The automated communication was great and easy to follow and the driver, Nelson even called me when he was on the say to meet him at the address of the delivery. Nelson was most professional and had carefully wrapped my order to be sure all would be delivered together. He was dedicated to me and the safety of others! Great job Nelson, great job Home Depot!!!

Last weekend I needed to rent a nail gun from this HD. Cashea, the young lady in the rental department, went way beyond the call of duty. The device came without instructions, so she punched them up online, made sure I purchased the correct angled nails, and let me perform a trial run with the tool. Very professional and polite. She deserves a raise!

Justin in the nursery was the absolute most helpful and kind employee quite frankly at any store! Specifically speaking on Home Depot‘s I will say you can barely get anyone to point you in a direction let alone help you. He was diligently working when I spotted him and asked him for help. He not only answered my question but provided valuable knowledge that led me to be able to purchase more than I came in for! It was a wonderful surprise to have such a pleasant experience! Thank you, Justin, you are greatly appreciated!
