We ordered an LG washer and dryer and are very pleased with the look, size, and performance of both. Our sales rep was Ken. This was the 2nd time he helped us with our purchases. He is a pleasure to deal with - very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery men, Andy and Chris, were amazing. They were very polite, respectful, and neat. They really knew what they were doing installing both appliances. I also want to mention that they went out of their way to accommodate us. Would recommend them any time!

Needed keys cut and Lisa was delightful support. Even if I don't need anything I will return to the Home Depot in Freehold. And the parking lot is a car show!

This is my go-to location for truck and van rentals. I have no truck, so $35 (~1hr + gas) to $150 (4-5hrs + gas) is a deal for me. Love the flatbed because you can truly fold out the sides and make it flat to load up objects from three approaches. Someone either put some water in the tank or this poor big guy with 21000miles is tired of suspect quality 87 octane. Either way, it ran strong on the road. I swear the paint deparment is larger here too, could be wrong, no way to quantify. The man and woman at the customer service desk are professional, but do have a sense of humor. I accidentally asked: "Can I rent a truck here?" I know darn well that is the proper desk and should have said : "I need to rent a flatbed truck". He was like: "Sure! You cannn..." hahahahaa! I understand that returns are part of the process, especially when renovating and trying to avoid multiple trips with my handyman. Unfortunately, my experience with Gary in the returns department was disappointing. He was sarcastic and made unprofessional comments about the number of items I was returning, questioning why I was returning “so much stuff.” His tone came across as nasty, rather than helpful. It wasn’t just once, but a multiple time of indirect insults to my visits. As a Pro account cardholder and frequent customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. The Home Depot door department was an absolute DISASTER! The guy named Junior was HORRIBLE from the start! He clearly had no idea what he was doing. He completely messed up our entire order and even ordered the wrong door! What should have been a simple one-month project turned into almost THREE MONTHS of headaches and delays. Every time I called, he said he was swamped and would call me back—never did! He even took down the wrong phone number and didn’t bother asking for my name. I had to keep chasing him down just to get answers. Then he had the nerve to blame other employees for HIS mistakes. What a joke!
