I went in for a screw and there were gentleman right at the door that helped me. One took me right to the screw isle and helped me to match the one I had brought in. It was tight before closing, but he was still happy and helpful as if he had just started his shift. The cashier was also in a good mood! They have excellent customer service!

I had a great experience at Home Depot thanks to Hida. She was super helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I needed. Her customer service stood out friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It’s rare to get service like that these days, and she definitely made my visit better. Huge shoutout to Hida for going above and beyond!

Passing bye and needed some items. I seem more staff on the sakes floor. Great changes from 2007. Also the front in head cashier listen to me and open up a register because I was using cash and card so I didn't have to put items back on the shelf. Wonderful crew.

The paint department is terrible, the kid look uninterested in helping me and when I ask for a gallon of one color and a pint of another, he does the opposite of I wanted. I’m going to go back and give him what I got from my customer.

Make sure to call them if you rental equipment has issues. Cause they will blame you no matter what, nothing get done for me, wasted time, wasted money. Good luck.
