The Home Depot

We cannot say enough good about our experiences with Tracee (floors) and Jim (plumbing). We were overwhelmed when trying to make decisions about our new bathroom. They not only walked us through step by step, but went out of their way to find materials that others said were unavailable. They helped us get the best prices, ordered things on line for us, and generally made sure we were comfortable with our purchases of over $1,000.00. We will continue to shop the store for our home needs. Occasionally, we have visited the store and if Jim or Tracee were not there, we returned at a later time. Home Depot is blessed to have such quality men working for them.

Web page is atrocious. It has glitches, difficult to find something when you know for a fact they carry it but you want to know if they have it in stock, and often it won't let me even search the store for products, because it says it detects an unusual amount of traffic from my phone on the website. Well DUH, considering how many attempts it takes to get the web page to operate properly so I can give Home Depot my money. LOWES.....HERE I COME

It depends on the location. I suppose . I have had some issues . Some of the staff , iffy and some very helpful . The big corporations wiped out mom and pop . That was a shame . I won't voice my disappointment with home depot ,though it is warranted . I stishop there . But . If there is a Manards close - that is my to go to store . 5 stars for that one . Lowes and home depot are what they are . 3 stars at best .

I took my kids to the monthly event they do for kids building things, my kids had a fantastic time, I’m glad we went… looking forward to the next one.
