The ONLY REASON I’m giving this Home Depot a 5STAR REVIEW is because of their employee Mikhail! He was absolutely AMAZING! This man was literally working his butt off, he was sweeping and cleaning under everything and stopped in the middle of what he was doing to help assist us with cutting wood ! Thank you so much Mikhail! I hope and pray you have a blessed New Year!

There were helpful associates who offered assistance in selecting the cabinets and sinks we were considering for our newly designed kitchen. After making our choices, they quickly retrieved the items from storage racks well out of our reach. We were also able to find all of the items we were needing in the single trip. Terrific selection of sinks, faucets, cabinets and counter tops on hand at the Gainesville location. We'll return when it's time to start our bathroom renovation.

Beware of their deceptive Free Shipping. According to the information online, the mulch is listed as free shipping. When I put 30 bags in my cart, they suddenly wanted $79 dollars to deliver. I called the store and according to the Customer Service representative I spoke to, the free shipping only applies if you are ordering one or two bags.

Trying to swap a brand new impact that was bad. I show the product to the staff members. First one brings the right impact the first time but with a battery, but u have the tool only so I cant get that one, nor pay the difference. Instead after being jerked around by customer service for almost 30 mins they are sending me to another store because they dont have it in stock. Totally wasted my lunch break.

This store infuriates me. About half the time I'm there I'm unable to access the aisle I need because they're dicking around on a forklift. Sometimes two aisles at at time even in the garden center. Every time this happens, I make my purchases at Lowes or Amazon despite this store being closest to me.
