Made the drive from Dodge City specifically for moisture-resistant drywall because the website showed 105 units in stock. Upon arrival, a staff member told me he didn't know how to get them down, then returned to say they were actually all sold out. If the online inventory had been updated, I could have stayed in Dodge City to buy my plywood. To make matters worse, I had to load multiple sheets of 3/4" plywood by myself while several employees walked past and ignored me. Even after checking out, there was no one available to help me navigate two carts to my vehicle. The only bright spot was the cashier, who was very pleasant, but the rest of the experience was a failure in service. If I were an elderly customer, I would have been completely stranded.

I would like to say this is the BEST Home Depot I have ever shopped in , in all the states I have encountered for work. Every single department I asked for help or assistance I received it with a smile! Everyone was very helpful and has knowledge of the products, if they did not they sure found someone who did. All the ladies in each department had a smile and did not hesitate to help or find someone to help. The tools team are on it! They all knew of the store specials and shared them all. I want to give a personal shout out to the rental department. Jack was a true pleasure to work with. He knew all I needed for the buffer and made sure I didn’t lift the heavy equipment by myself! Tom and AJ are equally as nice and made sure they unloaded the buffer when I brought it back. Super people

Harry in electrical was a tremendous help. Home Depot needs more employees like him. Helped us get everything we needed and was extremely polite. He’s definitely customer driven. Some employees will turn and walk away or act like they’re busy instead of helping people. Thank you Harry!

Shopping at our local HD is terrible. The aisles are full of displays and pallets making it impossible to push a cart through the store. The employees park randomly around the parking lot and that combined with storage sheds and cart corrals it's very difficult to get around with a trailer. The bulk of the employees are 20 something's that can't even look you in the eye or have an intelligent thought about helping you. They just don't care about being there. HD has a display set up marketing installation of showers, flooring etc. They contract with out of town companies that provide a poor quality end product. Our local Menards promotes the local contractors...and lastly, the HD app sucks. It's just bad.

Really great place and it's HUGE! I originally came with my husband to look around (yay fun lol) but I actually found a lava lamp I was crazy about.
