This is a mixed review. I bought a small propane grill for my dad in January. It was a Megamaster 2 burner grill, basic model. We opted for assembling ourselves and it was very difficult to put together. I have been assembling various grills over the years but never experinced something so difficult. When it came time to start it it wouldn't light. We tried various things and nothing. Tried to get product help no joy, AI or just generic internet questions and answers. Finally got it to light off with a match and then on its own but something was wrong. It just didn't develop heat. After a month I decided to buy another one and return the one we had bought. I asked for it to be assembled. No problems. Get a notification on Monday it was ready. Go in Monday and it was not assembled. The asse

Bad product and bad delivery. I Ordered Plywood and delivery to my house since I didn't have a way to get it home. Delivery person left 2 sheets of plywood leaning up against the wall in my muddy flower bed. One of the sheets of plywood had stains and glue on it and is not usable. Now I have to find a way to get plywood back to the store. Reported it to Home Depot and received no response. I'll go to Lowes next time

Stopped by today to return an item I had purchased. Quick and easy and I was on my way in less than five minutes. Cashier very friendly and quick to help me. If you need home repair, home improvement and seasonal items this probably has what you need. Pretty well stocked with good prices. Plenty of parking. In the past have worked with the paint department and they know their stuff. Great experience. Enjoy!

I spent over 45 minutes trying to return one 1.5x48x96 and two 2x48x96 Foamular NGX insulation boards that were clearly visible in my Pro account purchase history—yet the return was denied! The cashier was completely untrained, couldn’t find the items in the system, and wasn’t even able to scan the boards properly. Total waste of time. To make matters worse, the store flat-out refused to issue a store credit, even though we clearly explained the situation and showed proof of purchase. We had to go through the major hassle of transporting these massive boards back on top of our car, and the store showed zero sympathy or effort to help. Store manager Bobby was especially unhelpful—dismissive, unwilling to resolve anything, and clearly not interested in customer satisfaction. Absolutely una
