Their equipment rental process was a complete disappointment. We reserved a boom lift in advance and the money was taken from our account, but when we arrived to pick it up, we were told both lifts were broken. A heads-up beforehand would have saved us a lot of time and frustration. They then directed us to a nearby Home Depot, assuring us that location had one available. We tried calling ahead but couldn’t get anyone to answer, so we trusted what we were told and drove there—only to find out they didn’t have any lifts to rent either. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and now we’re concerned about getting refunded for equipment we never even received. Definitely not a reliable rental experience.

Terrible inventory levels. They have had 0 1.5” ABS couplers for the last 2 weeks. Seems like a common item you should have. I have gone there many times with 1 item on my list and they will be out of it. Went in last night needing some 1x6 select pine and they only had 2 warped pieces. I have never had this issue at other Home Depot’s or Lowe’s. I wish it wasn’t my closest store

Compared to other Home Depots locally, GOLDEN on Colfax is AWESOME! Shout out to Mary (cashier) who helped us and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. THANK YOU! Such a difference than other HD's. WILL BE BACK as is now our store! (Gladly will drive past 2 others to get to Golden.) THANK YOU!

All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Chris took time to help me find all of the plumbing hardware my husband needed for his job and waited with me to ensure I got all of the items I needed correctly. He went above and beyond.

I have rented dozens of lifts over the years From Home Depot and other companies. The lift I rented was defective resulting in a significant lack of efficiency. Therefore I was forced to rent the lift an extra day. I notified them of the issue and the need to have the lift rental extended. When I arrived to drop off the lift I was told I would need to get a refund from the manager and to call another day as he was not on shift. They charged me the full amount and closed the rental. I called them back and they said their policy is they cannot refund anything if the rental is closed. I was not given this information until they closed the rental. They will not refund or give store credit. They gave me false information due to untrained employees and I am now charged an additional $600 for def
