Very nice store and extremely helpful staff! It was near closing time but never felt rushed and any questions I had were answered. Definitely a great place to shop for anything in appliances and other home needs

I spend thousands every year here no problem at all. I have a power tool I need help with and they can't see it on my card, nothing in purchase history for the last 2 months and the model number doesn't match their inventory despite me buying the item less than a week ago... I am done with this place.

$15 for 10 sheets of sand paper and the selection is horrible. $25 for a gallon of lacquer thinner! Worst prices I have ever seen. found the sand paper for $10 and the lacquer thinner for $15, and they have a 11 percent rebate at big green. The store is never busy like others, which makes me think they are trying to make up for it by price gouging They dedicated a 6 foot wide area for ALL sand paper products, but use half the store cheap Chinese Holiday crap, that winds up in the landfill a few years later(batteries included!)

Bought two washers from them. First one lasted 8 months. Second one lasted 1 day and now shakes violently. I called the next day and I got tossed around until a manager said they would email me. Email said to call lg not their problem. 2 problems one store.

I purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator on Sept 2. Was told it would arrive on Sept 8. On Sept 7 I received a text that the delivery was still Sept 8. Early morning on Sept 8 I received a text that the delivery would be Sept 13. I cancelled the order on Sept 8 and went to Best Buy in Norton Shores who had an even better selection of appliances and an extremely knowledgeable sales person to assist me. I still have not been refunded my entire amount yet. Today is Sept 11. I have previously purchased numerous appliances from Home Depot in Grand Haven. There was always something with their delivery company that caused grief. The last being by putting dishwasher hoses on my washing machine. I will NEVER purchase appliances from Home Depot again. It is now Sept 18, 2025. I have received 11
