The Home Depot

Out of all the home improvement stores, they normally have what I need. The quality of the items is good and service is good. I have one general complaint. It is clear the staff is required to ask "can I help you find anything", which is good and i was ask 3 different times by different staff. The problem is none of them knew the first thing about building material. I always got the same confuse look, like they have never seen a hammer before. I like that they ask,but don't ask if they have no clue and just are going to search their phone, I can do that.

I went yesterday to pick up my order and Christi ignored me for about 2 minutes before I engaged her. She said I needed to be in front of her. What? Lady I'm standing right here. So she goes and gets my order and she gives me half. Says only half arrived. I returned today and it turns out my whole order had been there since yesterday morning. Thank GOD other people were at the desk today and showed me on the screen how the order had arrived yesterday before 9am! What is the purpose of treating people like this? I drove from Littleton twice when it could have been once. Please someone talk to your girl Christi, she needs help.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service by Manager Matt! I want to take a moment to recognize Matt, a manager at Home Depot, for going above and beyond on two separate occasions. The first time, I was dealing with a frustrating situation involving a $600 air compressor. Some of the employees were being a bit disrespectful and unhelpful, but Matt immediately stepped in, handled the issue professionally, and treated me like a valued customer. His calm and respectful approach made all the difference. The second incident involved a Halloween animatronic. I was promised a discount by another employee, but when I returned, that person didn’t want to honor their word. Once again, Matt came through—he listened, understood, and resolved the issue without hesitation. It truly means a lot to see

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for years for all my home projects, big and small. The store is well-stocked, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I can always find what I need. Shopping here makes home improvement easier and more enjoyable.

Finding an employee can be difficult. Who knows who has the keys for locked up products. Especially in the power tool section. Great selection and garden center is to die for in the spring and summer.
