The Home Depot

I have been frequenting Lowe’s and Home Depot for months trying to plan a bunch of home projects and I have never gone to one with as many friendly employees as this one. The lady and the gentleman talking to me about a tub repair.. even just another woman in the flooring section, another gentleman and the woman in the self checkout area.. were all SO kind and friendly. I wasn’t expecting this in any retail store, currently. Also, my daughter and I found better houseplants here in sixty seconds than we have in any of the stores where we live in Virginia Beach. Impressed in an understatement. Thank you!

Tried to report a scam to them. They just want to loose out on money 😩😩😩🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤷‍♀️😮‍💨😮‍💨. Oh well I tired. There is the culprits car if they decide to do sumn about it 💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️😒‼️‼️‼️😬😱

The Home Depot is a 5 STAR reputable company, who decided to do business with a ZERO star, disastrous company: Hampton Roads Water Service. In the past I had a very awful experience with Hampton Roads Water Service and I would never knowingly do business with them again. A few weeks ago I grabbed a water testing packet from The Home Depot, filled the provided vial with water and mailed it in to test the water at a new residence. I checked very thoroughly to see if there was a third party that did the testing, but the entire pamphlet had The Home Depot logo. I wanted to make sure who was doing the testing and ensure it was not Hampton Roads Water Service. We were greated quickly. An employee named Bruce came to our aid right away. He was so customer friendly and helpful. What a great staff member!

The nicest, most helpful staff around. You can talk to 5 staff members and they will all be great. It was the exact opposite of the Lowe's in town. Great people here.
