This home depot is such a disappointment. They're the only major home improvement store licensed to sell Makita powertools amd their selection is so miserable. They've moved Makita to one spot and consolidated it so densely, and even that one section has Dewalt crap overlapping it. So tired of Milwaukee and Dewalt garbage taking up so much room. There's literally a sea of red and yellow going on here, and their displays are actually set up cleanly and well lit. Even Ryobi gets significantly more love, while the makita sections are just pitiful. "WeLl MaKiTa iSnT sElLiNg As WeLl" well duh, you can't find their products, they're displayed like crap, and they refuse to order anything for inventory that's come out in the last 5 years. Stopped by Home Depot to pick up a replacement window screen, and the whole experience was great. The store was well organized, and I had no trouble finding exactly what I needed. One of the associates even helped me double-check the size so I didn’t go home with the wrong one — which I really appreciated. The quality of the screen was excellent, easy to install, and made a big difference right away. Checkout was quick, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Home Depot continues to be my go-to for home projects — whether it’s a small fix like a window screen or a bigger project. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Was looking for a stand alone electric dryer. Only saw maybe 2 on the floor. The sales associate told us that due to space restrictions, they only display washers...so I guess you are supposed to buy a dryer unseen. Went next door to Lowe's who had several on display. Bought from Lowe's. Sad.

I had purchased flooring through the Hanover Home Depot store and had it installed through their vendor ACS Flooring. The project did not go well at first, but it was made right by ACS's site supervisor Frank Kazimi and two of his senior personnel. Frank went above and beyond to make a not so good situation a very positive one. He maintained an open line of communication with me and made no excuses for the mishaps. He then proceeded to go above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the end product. He was personable, professional, and had a positive demeanor; which meant a lot and went a long way.

Ordered a mid-sized fridge for delivery and the experience was a mess. The first problem: they sent me a floor model at full price — no box, half the protective film ripped off, and a piece of paper inside the freezer labeled “RETURN.” Then came the delivery itself. They used a third-party driver who showed up with the fridge lying on its back in an SUV, which can seriously damage a refrigerator. He even noticed a smudge on it, licked his finger, and tried to rub it off in front of me, insisting it wasn’t his fault. I called the store immediately to return it. At first, they told me I’d have to drive it back myself. I explained that I ordered delivery and they should pick it up. I also pointed out that it clearly wasn’t new.
