Let me tell you my late‑capitalism tale of unaccountability and unmet obligations. I bought an LG gas dryer and matching washer from the Harrisonburg, VA Home Depot because they advertised a neat package: delivery, haul‑away, installation, and required parts. I paid for a gas dryer parts kit, a semi‑rigid duct, and post‑delivery installation, expecting a straightforward, professional job. In the store, no one ever mentioned that gas installation would be handled by a separate plumber or that I’d be stuck coordinating with him myself. When the delivery crew finally arrived, they simply said they “don’t do gas,” dropped both units in my mudroom, and left. The new washer and dryer then sat there, unusable, for weeks while I fought with Home Depot to have them send someone to install it. Home

My wife and I went Xmas shopping to look for some gifts she had so many questions. No worries though the store associate Brendon was there to help we asked him so many questions for over a hour he never got irritated and answered all of my wife's questions and helped her get the perfect gift. Thank you Brendon for making my wife's visit to home Depot so manageable.

Had reserved a skidsteer,as I had in the past,only to show up to pick it up and be told the reservation was canceled! Not by me,by home depot! Company policy I was told by the rude individual running the rental department! I never got an email or a phone call to inform me of the cancelation! Drove 40 minutes there and 40 back! My reason for the rental was to help a few neighbors. One an 85 year old man who lives alone with no family around! The second is a cancer survivor who is unable to do any type of snow removal. And the last is a single lady who's kid want nothing to do with her because of her dementia! I'm paying off the balance on my home depot card then canceling it! I've made my last purchase from home depot and as a flat bed driver I will never take another load that delivers to

I now understand why everyone in this town goes to Lowes. If I could give zero stars I would. Moved here in June and went through home depot for 10,000 dollars worth of carpet. Seams showing, visible pads, gaps, exposed nails, wrong tools used etc. Poor quality carpet (which they pointed us in the direction of) and beyond horrible costumer service. The amount of times we've called them is INSANE. Been a constant back and forth for MONTHS with zero help. They're always gonna "get back to us". They don't care about you. They can't even get our names correct. 10,000 dollars.

It's 2021, I brought a Roller AC Room to Room from Home Depot. A Friend picked it up for me. I must say I love it. It was Terribly Expensive but it's Holding up Well. My adventures in & out of Home Depot with Your Sales Reps. haven't been good ones but Your Products you Carry seem to Work Fine.
