I was at the home depot on Fulton and as usual I had a good experience but today was even better. I was helped at check out by Cathiana and her patience was un matched and she was very pleasant. I wanted to convey my thanks and to say associates like that make the company better.Thank you.

This home depot is always providing the best service. I been to so many and this is by far the best home depot. I need to thank Richard for going out of his way and finding me what I needed. He found me the last dual pilot valve and it was stocked somewhere a regular customer could not find. He went out of his way and asked another person to find it. God bless Richard! He needs to be recognized for exceptional service!

Sophia at self checkout is rude to to me and my wife EVERYTIME I shop at this store. I shop here often, every weekend. And every weekend she treats us like we are trying to steal something. Today she stared at us scan three items and when my wife glanced at her, she asked is there a problem. I think this employee needs much better Customer service training. From now on, I will be shopping at the Westbury store that is equidistant from my home.
