I travel all over for my work and stop at a different Home Depot store daily. Today 2.25.26 13:25 is my second time visiting this store. Within a couple minutes in store I remembered exactly why I didn’t purchase anything here the first time. The reason is bc nothing is where it’s supposed to be and none of the associates seem to know where anything is located either. I decided I’d jump on the HD app to take me to the aisle & bay an item should be located, except the MET team at this store must not care very much whether the HD app/website reflects accurately or not. I have a hard time believing the 3 different associates I asked to look up the items I’m looking for, that the various quantities ranging between 4-9 of each item is not in store somewhere. Home Depot is collecting personal information! I purchased a Extremlite Hose for $48.13 that leaked at the connector. When I took it to the returned desk, I could not find the receipt (it had dropped in the car). I knew the credit card I had purchased it on and asked the associate to look it up. The associate told me there was no record of the purchase, and asked if I would accept a gift card. Knowing I have $8000-$10000 in appliances purchases coming up next month, I was fine with a card. The cashier requested my license, keyed in all my information, and the told me the return was declined. I asked why, and the cashier stated “because you don’t have a receipt”. I said, I understand that, but you requested my license to process the refund. She stated, “we just do that to identify no receip

Wonderful experience with Dylan assisting us looking for a Ring doorbell that could not be found. He went out of his way to assist and found it too! Out hero! Thank you so much for being patient, knowledgeable and just simply amazing!

I rarely write a review but the costumer service in the paint section is horrible. The associate that works here told us he needed to go to the bathroom and we were waiting for 25 minutes for someone to come and take care of us. I called the store costumer service phone while waiting and nobody is answering either. Another client was passing by and told us that this is recurring situation at this store. Date: 12/06/25 time 7:20 pm. If you need to buy paint choose other location.
