As a contractor, I purchase materials frequently, and service like this truly stands out. Anthony Nelson was friendly, professional, and immediately willing to help us load our materials into the truck. That kind of support saves valuable time and shows genuine care for customers. Home Depot is usually reliable for getting what I need, and the staff inside are generally helpful. The store itself is organized and well stocked, which I appreciate. However, the parking lot lighting at night is a real issue. It’s noticeably dim in several areas, which makes it feel unsafe and harder to load materials into your vehicle after dark. For a store that caters to contractors and customers shopping early mornings and evenings, proper lighting should be a priority. I’ll continue shopping here because of the selection and convenience, but I really hope management improves the parking lot lighting for better visibility and customer safety.

Home Depot has been a hit or miss for me over the years. I am not a contractor or home improvement professional so sometimes my projects get the best of me. There are two locations (1 in NY and 1 in FL) where the staff went made me feel like an idiot for not being caught up in contractor lingo and they left me never wanting to return to that location. Not this one! The staff members and management at this Home Depot location are courteous, knowledgable, and go above and beyond to make sure their client needs are met. As a sales trainer and business growth consultant, it is refreshing when I find a retail hardware store where people know how to treat the customer. Great store with very helpful staff. Always able to find what I'm looking for. The hot dog 🌭 truck in front is an added plus serving delicious Sabrett dogs and sausages.
