The Home Depot

Went on a Friday Jan 30th, around 2-3pm. Picked up some shelves for my oddly shaped cabinet. Everyone in Lumber department was super helpful, professional and helpful. LUCCA was the worker that assisted me, he was great and I appreciated the help. The cashiers were also nice too. As a person who doesn’t know her way around building supplies this place was great.

I came in needing help cutting a metal shelf, after what was already a very tough day. I was greeted by Crystal who graciously found me the help I was looking for. Tangela knew exactly what I needed before I could even explain it properly! I walked out of Home Depot in a much lighter mood because of our interaction. I can't say enough kind things about both of them. In the age of online-everything, it really is about the customer experience when entering a brick and mortar building, that helps establish client retention. Thanks to them, I will be coming back!

Eric the hardware supervisor was very helpful. He helped me find what i was looking for and was very knowledgable. I will deffinitely be coming back to this home depot. The customer service is great!

Visited this Home Depot after leaving Home depot looking for a specific product, Rico went over and beyond his duties to make sure I got this product. He even grabbed forklift and brought it down from the top shelf while I waited. He even gave me good advice to buy a few more since the stock was almost depleted. Thanks a lot

This Home Depot is like the others, but the customer service is much better. Nelson in the garden department and Alex in plumbing are amazing—super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
