I went for the first time to this Home Depot located in 13895 SW 288 st homestead Fl and let me tell you the attention and the professionalism of Carolina and Eliana they both work on Applaince and Pro- Services were above and beyond. From the beginning to the end of my visit there, they were very attentive as never I was treated in any other Homedepot. From now on I will select this Homedepot as my primary store to go. I was also walking around to a different area ( garden) and a few staff were very friendly as well. These two professional girls made my HomeDepot experience amazed. They deserve to be recognized and rewarded as well. CONGRATULATIONS!! Great job Homedepot for hire people like them!

Love this home depot, very organized, the staff is friendly and helpful. I come very often and the store always clean and organize. Good prices, always check the website for offers. The kids workshop are really nice and educational for the kids, good time to share with parents and they provide everything that you need, you just have to register online.

Worst customer service ever at The Home Depotof 13895 SW 288th St, Homestead, FL 33033. I spent over one full hour waiting for an employee to help me with an appliance. I repeatedly called for assistance, and no one showed up. Employees walked by without acknowledging me or offering help. Completely unacceptable service, especially for a store this size. I wasted my time and left without what I need it. I do not recommend this location if you need assistance with appliances or any customer support.
