Buyer beware of incorrect pricing.. I frequent this store a lot, simply because it is the closest to us, I'll put the layer of dust/grime on everything aside for this review and just caution folks on mislabeling of pricing/false advertisement. Today I was shopping for a few things and was walking through the section up front near the registers called "Tool Savings". I needed a drill so picked the one in the picture up, and headed to the checkout with my other goods... Much to my chagrin it rang up as $499. When I mentioned it to the cashier and showed the picture, she called over an associate from tools. He made me show him where I got it from, which was easy as there were 4 more line up behind it right near the front of the store. With a puzzled look on his face he explained how the

I had an incredible experience at Home Depot today thanks to Richie, Amy, Aldre, and Cliff. There are 3 young men and 1 amazing woman who went above and beyond to help me. They were all so friendly, positive, and knowledgeable. I came in with a challenge: I wanted to split a large order across different credit cards. Richie immediately said, “I think I know how to do it. Let’s try,” and the rest of the team stayed right there, watching and learning along the way. Their teamwork and willingness to help were incredible. Customer service like this is rare these days. Seeing their dedication made me want to come back to Home Depot—not just to shop, but to experience service like theirs again.
