I had a great experience at Home Depot. I asked an associate named Mohammed to help me find a fan. I showed him the item on my Home Depot app. He scanned it with his phone, typed the information, and quickly found the location. I followed him to the aisle, and the fan was on the top shelf. He reached up, took it down for me, and handed it to me. He was helpful, professional, and efficient. I told him he did a great job and that I would write this review. Thank you, Mohammed! 5 stars because of Celeste! I don’t write reviews but felt I needed to. Came on Friday with my mom to buy a fridge and was helped by Celeste and she was the BEST! Very nice, helpful, answered a question before we even asked. Also was very patient and helpful with us as we were indecisive about a fridge. Super warm and friendly made a great experience. Unfortunately, due to our mistake we realized it was the wrong size when we got home so we went back the same day and unfortunately she left for the day. A gentleman assisted us to cancel the fridge and get a different one. As we waited for the fridge to arrive, it never came as he claimed it was going to. We called to ask an update of the fridge, only to find out the order was never put through. Had to come in again and was assisted by Tara

I usually try to look for stuff myself when I'm shopping. I try to avoid bothering people. Clarence saw me looking around and struggling, so he jumped right in to help me find just the right lightbulb. He went the extra mile to show me how the new lightbulbs work and was very thorough explaining everything that I would need to know. He was attentive, super friendly and knowledgeable. Went there to purchase a washing machine. The salesperson was extremely helpful and pleasant. In fact, all of the employees seemed very pleasant, which is very important when dealing with consumers. My only thing now is to have my washing machine delivered and installed to see how that works out.
