Anjie Ray (COS) is the best in the business. I was ready to walk away from Home Depot and never shop there again. Anjie said "No." I'm going to make sure that you get the service that you and your family deserves. She went well above my expectations. I purchased a lawnmower on 1/10/2026 and one of the batteries does not charge. I took the battery back with my proof of purchase (receipt) on 1/13/2026 and customer service refused to honor their company policy. He said, “ we didn’t sell you the bad battery at this store so you’ll have to take it back to the Home Depot location that did”…

Unacceptable Service – Tools Aisle 19 The associate in tools aisle 19 was completely unprofessional. Instead of doing their job and helping customers, they were more focused on watching football. They were called four times over the speaker and still didn’t respond. I stood there waiting while being ignored. When they finally acknowledged me, it was obvious I was an inconvenience. This is not what I expect from Home Depot. If employees would rather watch games than help paying customers—and ignore multiple announcements—they shouldn’t be on the floor. Management seriously needs to address this. Absolutely unacceptable.

Just about every time I go to Home Depot the sales person tell me the wrong row where the Products I need is at. If you go to the Inglewood store good luck finding help. If you find help they are helping others. So you have to wait to get help. If you find help. Good luck
