Rented a u haul truck to assist with a move. Truck itself was great. no issues there. my problem lies with how unprofessional and careless the man behind the tool rental desk was. completely ignorant. didn’t greet me , hardly acknowledged me as a human being and when i returned the truck, the guy did not even tell me “i’m all set” or to “have a good day” so i stood there thinking there was more going on. instead he chose to dap up his buddy who also worked there and then started to discuss taking “15 minute breaks” right in front of a customer. INCREDIBLY unprofessional. now normally i don’t care enough to leave reviews, even if something is bad. but i did pay a significant amount of money to rent this truck and it’s quite evident the guy behind the counter does not care about his job. rea

However, during my most recent rental, I had a very disappointing experience. I rented a drain rooter, and due to the poor condition of the tool—specifically the internal steel cable—I now have to replace my entire sewer line. After the cable snapped, I inspected the tool more closely and found multiple kinks in the main steel line as well as significant rust throughout the cable. This indicates that the equipment had not been properly maintained or inspected prior to rental. Just picked up a few things there. I usually go to Lowe's. When one doesn't have something I need, I go to the other. I had to pick up a solar spotlight, those things are pretty great you don't even need electricity, also picked up some plastic stair treads for hallway stairs and tread tacks to secure them. Although in the photo you can see regular spotlights they were not working at the time, so I added the solar spotlight three lights the thing is pretty bright! It's what I do iFix things
