Compliment for Joe – Lumber Department, Jupiter FL (Indiantown Rd Location) I want to express my sincere appreciation for Joe in the Lumber department at the Jupiter, FL Home Depot on Indiantown Road. He truly rescued my Thanksgiving dinner! I no longer had a leaf for my dining table, and with only 48 hours before the celebration, two more guests happily agreed to attend. Joe helped me locate the right board, assisted with ripping it to size, and even shared helpful tips on sanding the edges so I could create an impromptu table leaf. Thanks to his kindness and excellent service, I’ll be able to seat everyone comfortably for the festivities. Joe went above and beyond, and I’m extremely grateful for his outstanding customer service.

If zero was an option that exactly what I would give them. My interaction with Dan L from the electrical department has to be the worst customer service I have ever had at Home Depot. I was looking for someone to help me with flooring there wasn’t a soul around walked to towards the front of store trying to find someone to help me I seen Dan asked him for assistance he was very defensive about helping responding “ i don’t know if I can help he apparently he had a problem with my tone or how I was asking for help. I mentioned to him how I usually come to the Jupiter Home Depot because of the good customer service. He seems to be bothered with those comments. I haven’t mentioned that I’ve spent a lot of money at Home Depot. He answered in an aggressive manner that he spent more money at Home

Received exceptional help from a young man named “Patric”. Even though my item was hard to find he went the extra mile to show me where it should be & explain everything. Couldn’t have been more helpful; it’s employees like these that make you happy to visit. Thanks so much Patric.

Jamie is very helpful and a great people person. This is our second time meeting Jamie and he remembered us and came right over to help. He had really good advice in color choice when we picked out paint for my spa and today we received expert advice picking out stain for a deck. We really like Jamie. He is a five star employee!

What great, helpful and successful visits I have had at The Home Depot on Indiantown Road in Jupiter, FL! Last week I visited the paint department and was assisted by Jay. We moved to Jupiter a year ago and had a can of paint that was very old with a scribbled name, “Antique White, Behr”, I thought needed shaken for touch-ups. The can had not been closed properly and was spoiled. “Jay” tried several avenues to try to match and then came up with 3 “whites”, i took them home, the Ultra Pure White was perfect. “Jay” was fun, engaging, helpful, determined and made it happen! … and gave me directions to the Hazardous Waste Drop Off!
