Thursday placed an order for same day delivery, some bad weather and the assigned driver cancelled. Happens. Friday, I get an alert that a delivery was attempted, but it wasn’t. I call the store and they say “Ya, it happens”. And ask if I need it that day or if it can wait for another day. I say “today is better but tomorrow is okay”. Saturday, I had to get a few other things so drove to the store to grab what I need figuring I’ll just pick up my order at the same time and on my way see the delivery truck pulling out and when I get to the store check the app and see that it is out for delivery finally! Great, so I grab my other items and head home expecting my delivery on the porch when I arrive. Excited I drive in and see something on my porch. When I get there I realize it’s someone e

Home Depot is my go-to for home improvement needs. The store is well-organized, with a great selection and helpful staff. However, staff can be difficult to access during busy times. Despite this, it’s a reliable spot for DIY projects and repairs at decent prices. They also have a great selection of Christmas trees and holiday decorations.

Last Friday, December sixth I rented a 10’ flatbed truck. The weekend before I reserved it through a lady by the name of Paula. She was kind, patient and worked me through the process. I picked it up early Friday, December sixth, and once again I dealt with Paula who, once again, was helpful and moved me quickly through the reservation process. On my return that Friday evening I was greeted by David, who like Paula, was most helpful and kind. During this time of year many people who work in retail are treated poorly and this can spill over to the employees. I am happy to say that Paula and David made the experience worthwhile and I appreciate their kindness. If Home Depot gives out any bonuses then these two should be at the top of the list.

1 They've been out of pellets for a week now. 2. the store is so cluttered in the front its hard to move through to get to the aisles. 3. stop with random aisle closures. I been in there a few times in the past month and randomly you have to leave an aisle then they gate it off to start stocking random items. No other HD does that like this during business hours. 4. the people at the paint dept are always looking miserable and its like they dont even want to help you. 5. bathrooms are filthy. wet to use one the other evening and I just walked out, nasty. Biggest thing is point 2, seriously declutter the front of the store. No reason for all that stuff to be in everyone's way, and get the pellets back in asap

First yes I'm female & yes I love home depot! It's honestly in my top 2 stores to shop. My husband tries to sneak there w/out me. The staff are so friendly & helpful. Very knowledgeable employees & if they aren't 100% sure they walk you to the employee that is. That service is pretty much forgotten in 2022. The prices are still low. I highly recommend Home Depot, especially if your going to need assistance. On Mar 03, 23 I was back at Home Depot. James was working in the paint department. James was amazing. I was at the store for hours. He had suggestions and actually went and found me in another department. This resulted in me purchasing more paint.
