The worst customer experience I've had in a while. All thanks to Matthew a supervisor or manager who gave nothing but attitude when I simply wanted to replace an item I had just bought. His body language and attitude almost made me feel like I was in the wrong to want to buy a product thats not damaged. Isabella was lovely to speak to and she scolded for just doing her job. Management is in complete disarray at this location; you know its bad when you can hear other customers talk about how rude a manager is.

Dear manager, of the Lady Lake store, I never knew what a great store you operate until going to the Wildwood store today, 2-24-26 at 4:30pm, the employees were nothing like yours, aisles blocked, lumber dept closed off and employees who don't even say hello or may I help you, I ended up leaving because nothing I need for tomorrow's job was available for sale. So I went to your store in Lady Lake, where I usually go, I was greeted with a hello, then by another employee who asked if I needed help, he even knew where things were, unlike the Wildwood store, I then went right to the lumber dept. got what I needed, that I could not get at the Wildwood store, and was then thanked for shopping there. I was in and out faster than it took me to find out that the Wildwood store stops selling lumbe

I've been to this location 4 times in the past year and each time I've walked in on a mission but felt lost. However, and unlike other stores, the employees could detect I was looking for something and needed help and almost immediately came up to me and guided me to where I needed to go. The store is very clean and laid out well and security of all employees and patrons is a huge priority. I was greeted coming into the store most every time and always greeted inside and my experience checking out at the register or self service was far above average. Cheers y'all. Had the best experience here than any other Home Depot. I drove down from Atlanta to do a job here and I came here to get a pretty big order. To begin ROGER helped me load all the lumber I needed for my job. I was going to rent a truck to deliver the material which was about 9 minutes away. They apparently didn’t have any trucks left however TERRY overheard the conversation and stepped in to help me fix my issue. I was about to go somewhere else to get a truck and come get the material but she told me they had a PRO truck so she had BRITNEY (I hope I’m spelling the right) drive me along with my material to the job site! This definitely saved us money on rental. MY SUPERINTENDENT HAD TOLD ME TO GO TO LOWES HOWEVER IVE ALWAYS DONE MY BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT AND TODAY SHOWED ME THAT THEH WI

We bought a new refridgerator, from Home Depot, and had it delivered to RV repair shop for installation into our RV. ( we fulltime RV so it is our home) The refridgerator was delivered on a Friday afternoon. The shop was closed for the weekend. The refridgerator delivered by HD was found to be defective, after installation. It had a freon leak and wouldn't cool properly. Our biggest worry was a medication my wife needs. It is expensive, life saving, and must be refridgerated. No matter to HD. We had to purchase a second new refridgerator, quickly, to store her medications because we couldn't wait weeks for parts and another service call. We asked for a new refridgerator because of the defect and HD refused; citing a 48 hour return policy. HD told us to call the manufacturer. The maker
