The Home Depot

Customer service wasn't as helpful as they could have been. Tried adding 3 Home Depot orange buckets to my pickup order. The system put them on as a delivery because they had no 3 packs in the store. Instead of giving me 3 of the 1200+ orange buckets in the store, or returning that portion of my ticket, I had to buy 3 buckets then, and wait a week for the delivery to arrive to do a return. Kind of incoinvient, but I have always gotten help when there looking for items and no one has ever been rude. Why still have 4 stars.

I took my nephew to the free kids workshop on February 7th, 2026 at the Home Depot Lake Jackson, Texas Location. He had an amazing time building his penguin mailbox. A Home Depot Associate named Tessa was extremely helpful, as she took the time to help my nephew with his mailbox. I appreciated this so much because my nephew has special needs and for her to be so patient with him, I was very grateful. Thank you Home Depot and thank you Tessa!

Should have had my tape measure or they need to supply one in the lumber area. Wanted an 8’x10 board. Got home with it only to find out that it’s 8.25x9.25. It was labeled as 8’x10”. I had to turn around and go back to get an 8’x12” board. Mill it and label it what it is.

I bought a Westinghouse gas pressure washer from them 13 days ago my husband used it two times and it stopped working. My husband has had pressure washers his entire life. It is not user error. They will not reimburse us and neither will Westinghouse pressure washer company. Please don't go home Depot and please don't buy Westinghouse pressure washer. We just lost all of our money for nothing. No one will reimburse us. So we are stuck with the pressure washer that don't work, and no one is trying to fix it. It was brand new out of the box.
