Vacation, Waterfall Blue was ordered in their nylon/polyester carpet. Lifetime Warranty with steam cleaning. Of the Good, Better, Best, this was rated the "Better" High Performance carpet. It is the softest carpet in the house!! I LOVE it!! I chose the Tempur Pedic padding and the walk is soft and beautiful. I originally went for commercial carpet for the basement, but was told it would have to be a glue down and I didn't want that type of install. Thank you to Mekala, Claire and Tricia for all the change orders on the project. The carpet was installed thru Home Depot's A.C. South installation office. Home Depot is my go-to place for tools, materials, and anything home improvement related. The store is well organized, inventory is usually in stock, and it’s easy to find what you need for both small fixes and big projects. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help, especially in the building materials and hardware sections. Prices are fair, checkout is smooth, and the pro desk is a big plus if you’re working on multiple jobs. Always a reliable stop for contractors and DIY alike

We bought a fridge from this Home Depot and I would never do it again. The day of delivery, they changed the delivery time multiple times, so I had to leave work way earlier than expected. Then, when the men were delivering the fridge, they lost one of the hinges in the snow and couldn’t find it, so they had to order a new one. They left me with a fridge that I couldn’t actually open for a full week, so we had to keep our food in coolers and just keep buying bags of ice. When we called for updates, they would listen to the question, put us on hold, then hang up the call every time. It was overall a stressful experience.

Worst experience I have ever had. I walked in needed 2 fence panels. I kindly asked for assistance with getting them loaded and the man told me "they are outside, go get them"..... I am 5 foot tall, I couldn't just pick up 2 6ftx8ft wood panels by myself. Then as I am checking out the gentlemen at checkout was questioning my want to buy the panels as if it was a huge suprise. Im genuinely confused about the staff at this location. They have absolutely no sense of customer service or are helpful in anyway once so ever. I must have asked 5 different people for help. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store. Unfortunately, we also rented a truck from them as well. Again, terrible customer service, then tried charging me for fuel that was already full. Will NEVER step foot in there again.

We purchased custom color paint from the Montgomeryville store today. The sales associate Ronnie could not have been kinder. She made sure our colors matched perfectly. Ronnie was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. She gets 5 stats.
