I had an outstanding experience at the Home Depot located at 4750 South Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, thanks to Sabeth from the plumbing department. I was shopping for a new toolbox and found myself needing assistance, as there was no one else in the department available to help. Sabeth went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect toolbox, and I truly appreciate her dedication. When I noticed some minor scratches on the toolbox, I asked if there was any possibility of a discount. Sabeth immediately took action and managed to secure a discount for me, which I greatly appreciated. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism made the shopping experience a pleasure. I wish I could give less than one star. If I were you I’d go to a different location. I rented a van from this Home Depot on 12/10 and was informed that I could drop it off at close. Unfortunately I was running 1 minute late. I called and was informed by “customer service” that she couldn’t check it in because, and I quote, “I get off at 10 and I would have to stay an extra 15 minutes to do that.” I asked well what do I do? She said yeah idk. Very helpful. I get there and I speak to the manager on duty who was straight up rude. I kept asking well what do I need to do and he just kept repeating the same exact sentence without helping me. Keep in mind I was being VERY nice about it because it was my fault and I understand they want to go home. The manager then tells me to go to another door

We stopped into the Decatur location on Sunday and was impressed by how clean and organized the merchandising was. This location was certainly visit ready. We were helped by Warren who went out of his way to help us and he made a great recommendation for a replacement light fixture that worked perfectly after it was installed. The Management and associates deserve a pat on the back for the condition of the store and Warren going out of his way to help.

Went here for a tiny missing piece for our mirror. The people at front desk (3) of them sent us to hardware aisle 19. Nothing. An associate there sent us to mirror. We asked a guy that worked there and didnt know. He asked another associate named Linda. She knew exactly where to find it. The whole experience was about to be tiring and exhausting but Linda was very professional and found what we needed. Thank you for making it better !

This Home Depot is one of the best in town! Everyone is so friendly, and I was helped right away by a kind gentleman named Adrian. He assisted me immediately and made my experience smooth and easy. Thank you to the entire team for keeping the store clean and for maintaining such a friendly staff and management.
