The Home Depot

Horrible customer service. It is very hard to find supporting personnel who has any reasonable expertise in the goods at Home Depot in Latham, and in fact it feels like most of the employees there just don't give a damn about the company or the store. Half of them has no idea what is even available in their store. We tried to buy some major appliance and the employee filling our order in the store didn't even know what Home Depot's extended warranty includes, and he didn't care much either. He kept saying 'I dunno' to our questions, so we just left. Update: The automated canned response to my review by the bot below, providing useless link that doesn't even address the nature of my comment only proves the point even more!

The Home Depot in Latham, Appreciate the store’s selection, pricing, and the courteousness of its employees. I stopped to find a part that I have no idea about, needed for replacement sump pump, it took me a little bit of time to find the right part but the employee I asked for help, she helped me to get the right parts for the job in no time. She has exceptional knowledge about the job In summary, while we had customers positive feedback about the Latham Home Depot, particularly regarding product selection and staff professionalism, there are some occasional concerns about specific services and experiences.

For me there is no other hardware store than the Home Depot. Unless I need specialty items, this is where I have shopped for over 20 years. Recently their Garden department has been refreshed w great talent (gm) and is looking beautiful.

Great place, I remember all my trips from the beginning of this store,I remember when I made my way to the one in NYC.. back in the 80's ,my story,my life's work helping hundreds , with restoration,made great, looking beautiful..many happy hearts,made by @homedepot ,thank you guys..I met so many home depot representatives,big help by their employees ,my story from the heart, pictures here are just are little part of my of my life's work . home depot has it all
