As the owner and operator of Nate’s Painting & Pressure Washing, I frequent here for paint supplies and they always have a knowledgeable paint rep as well as what we need in stock. Can’t complain with that 🤷🏻‍♂️

They allowed me to pay for a service I needed in a timely manner they never intended to fulfill. The managers at this location lie and blame the customer instead of admitting wrongdoing. Shameful customer service. Just go to Lowe's where employees are competent and friendly.

Tried to buy paint. No one at the counter. I tried getting help, someone said they would be over. Never came. Another customer got a manager. Asked for help over intercom 3 times. No one came. Two employees walked by made sure to not make eye contact. I asked two more employees they said they would get someone. Finally asked someone who begrudgingly helped. I’ve never seen a group work so hard to do nothing

Shopping for kitchen appliances at the Catskill, NY location,Tim was very helpful with our purchases. And Rob for Quartz countertops ,was very knowledgeable and helped tremendously with design, layout and pricing.

I will never shop at Home Depot again. They do not higher qualified installers. The installers came with an attitude, and told me they couldn't set up my washer because of the water. I went to go shut off the water for them, but they kept telling me they couldn't set it up. Eventually they left with my new dishwasher not hooked up sitting in my kitchen, and took off with my new washer/dryer combo. If you're not going to hire qualified installers, you shouldn't be offering installation!! Especially when I had to do all of the uninstall myself!! I'd give you a ZERO if I could but it's not available.
