Courteous staff, some of whom are very knowledgeable and helpful. Actually they are all helpful, just that some are more knowledgeable and more than once given me good advice on jobs that were outside of my normal purview. The location is well stocked with quality products and I am actually here quite frequently, as well as other locations, so I know of what I speak. It's also very easy to track all of your purchases with a Pro extra Account and it also makes returns, etc easier. They also have a covered contractors parking area against the rear entrance for easy loading.

I love leaving reviews when needed, and today Russell deserves a big thank you! When our new house flooded a bit, we needed help with plumbing right in the middle of this hefty snowstorm. He greeted us right at the front door, and walked us straight back to the plumbing section. He took the time to help us find the correct size, and even assisted us with cutting the pipe when he did not have to. Thank you so much for everything Russell, my fiancé and I really appreciate it all through this rough weather and day!

Just want to give a shout out to the tullytown employees at Home Depot! I had a light that wasn't working, and Dave marcucci, went out of his way and help me, figure out what was wrong with it. Everybody there is wonderful, very accommodating, I felt listen to, much love to the employees at home depot!

Today at approximately 9:25 AM I went into the Tully town Home Depot to grab a wholesale kit for a door knob. The website did not have the island Bay location of the product so after looking for 15 minutes, I decided to ask an associate as I had to get back to work. I went to the door area, where an older heavyset woman with short gray hair was assisting a forklift operator. When I approached the woman once the forklift finished what it was doing, and the aisle was open Showed her the product she said I don’t even know what that is. I explained to her what it was after she had turned her back at me. And she sneered that it must be an aisle 14 it’s hardware. I said obviously, but I went over there and did not see it nor is the location or bay listed on the website so I figured I would come

I placed an order for curbside pickup, and after waiting outside for about 30 minutes, I ended up going inside. They told me that because the order was “too heavy,” I had to pick it up myself. If that’s the case, then why offer curbside pickup in the first place and have customers waiting outside for no reason? It was very frustrating and a waste of time.
