Yolanda at customer service completely changed my opinion of the Lovejoy Home Depot. After avoiding this location for a long time due to a past bad experience, I stopped in and was helped by her — she was fast, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went out of her way to make sure everything was handled smoothly and made me feel supported and respected. As someone who often needs assistance, that means a lot. Excellent customer service and a great representative for the store.

Great place to find any home needs(indoor & outdoor). Home Depot never fails my needs

I visited this store after seeing online they had 6 of a specific item in stock. Once I went to the aisle that they listed online would have what I needed there was no stock. I asked an attendant for help with no luck. They got another attendant to help, his name was Jessie. They “looked” around but couldn’t seem to find it. The store is so disorganized and their online feature is very inaccurate. Why have stock listed at a specific point in the store if none of the staff even know where it is?? Super disappointing. Won’t be back.

During a two week 'Staycation' I decided to do some interior upgrades on my interior windows and I have no DIY experience. I only wanted to reface them but had no idea how I would accomplish what I created in my mind. This brings me to the thoughtful and helpful assistnce from my Lovejoy Home Depot staff. Qua listened to my idea of cutting wallboard and assisted in cutting it for me, telling me about hanging it and then, without a second thought, carried the extra aboard to my car. Kyah walked around in the molding/trim area bouncing ideas with me. Then Joanna helped me learn about the appropriate paint and brushes and procedures. Several other people were kindly involved before I started writing down names. Then last night I had to go in at 9:15 to replace my broken watering nozzel to

By far the worst location this franchise has. Customer service employees and management are inconsiderate of the customer needs. I would advise any & all civilians to spend your money elsewhere.
