I came in today to get a water heater and a drip pan. I was helped by a young lady named Sasha, she is simply amazing. So very helpful and very knowledgeable. She shows the care she has for the job and for the customers

Went there for electrical parts. They had everything I needed when I had a question about a specific piece. There was an individual who quickly came and answered all the questions. This home Depot seems to be really well staffed

Bought a brand new 2904 hammerdrill, gear chuck gets stuck in 1, instant return. Bought brand new impact ratchet set, hex head on the impact is blown out, ratchets battery indicator LEDs sticker is peeling off out of box. Returned. Milwaukee QC is laughable. Tried to buy online items, they aren't in stock and my money is in refund limbo for 3-5 days causing me to miss all the deals. UPDATE YOUR M12 ROVER INVENTORY, YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY AT WHAT POINT IS IT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Whatever you do, stay away from the tool and truck rental department. I’ve tried using this service 3 times and they haven’t gotten it right once. Every single time it has been a hassle as their system is always down or the equipment they try to rent doesn’t work. I even made a reservation for a Penske truck that they double booked, then couldn’t access the contract to rent it. Poor management of this office. I would give a 0 start or negative if Google allowed it.

I was quickly able to find what I needed. A floor sales person cut the board I needed in half. When I went to check out the lady at the self check out helped me with scanning the boards. Very friendly staff through the whole process.
